With pleasure we announce the first presentation of the Mark Labow Award.
The award goes to Jean-Louis Tuaillon because, as can be read in the nomination letter:

Jean Louis arrived full of confidence and with a clear understanding
of both the needs of area management as well as ski patrols and
patrollers; and also the need FOR ski patrollers and high levels of
training.He not only supported the previous work of ANPS for France but
also played a large roll in the European and international arenas of
public safety, area management and avalanche control and rescue.
